Design and Build Quality
Nokia 8 has a unibody design and machined from a single block of 6000 series aluminum as claimed by Nokia. It undergoes a rigorous 40-stage process of machining, anodizing and polishing to ensure its distinctive design pairs flawlessly with the polished aluminum unibody. Nokia 8 is designed to nestle perfectly in the palm of your hand. It weighs only 160 gm.

Nokia 8 is having 5.3” IPS QHD Bright 2K polarized display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, protected by sculpted Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5.
It is powered by Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835 Mobile Platform, Octa core processor clubbed with 4 GB LPPDDR4X RAM. Generally, every smartphone heats up and to reduce that Nokia has added a full-length copper cooling pipe with graphite shield to dissipate system heat across the full body of the phone. As claimed by Nokia, this copper cooling pipe will reduce the heating and helps in keeping the smartphone cool.

Nokia 8 features a 13 MP dual image-fusion rear camera with PDAF, IR range finder, dual tone flash, both color and monochrome sensors, plus a wide-angle 13 MP phase detection, auto-focus. Both front and rear cameras are equipped with ZEISS optics, meaning every snapshot moment becomes a story worth sharing. While its front facing camera is also 13 MP for capturing the moments with ZEISS optics having PDAF, 1.12um, f/2.0, 78.4˚, display flash.
