Xiaomi Redmi 3S Plus announced, First smartphone Available Offline

Xiaomi has announced Redmi 3S Plus, which is the first smartphone from Xiaomi going to be available offline. Till now all smartphones launched by Xiaomi was sold via a sale on e-commerce. This is the first time ever Xiaomi brings the smartphone to be available offline in India market.

According to the reports, Redmi 3s Plus will be available to retailers in  across over 7,500 stores across India. Furthermore, Xiaomi has also announced that the smartphone will also be available across Poorvika, Sangeetha, BIG C, and LOT mobiles. Xiaomi says Redmi 3S+ is an attempt towards building a stronger offline retail presence.

About Redmi 3S Plus

Redmi 3s Plus looks like just another variant of the Redmi 3s Prime.  Other than that, both the smartphones have the same camera setup, the same battery, and both of them come with fingerprint sensors.

Xiaomi Redmi 3S Plus comes with a design similar to the existing Redmi 3S smartphone, which was launched in India in August. Both the smartphones are powered by the same Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor while the RAM size is different. Redmi 3s Prime is having 3GB of RAM whereas Redmi 3s Plus equipped with 2GB of RAM.

 Xiaomi Redmi 3S Plus features a 5-inch 720p HD display. Xiaomi Redmi 3S+ sports a 13MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus while its front facing camera is of 5MP with feature like autofocus. For the storage, it has 32GB internal storage.  Xiaomi Redmi 3S+ features a rear fingerprint sensor which is used to unlock the smartphone.

It is a Dual SIM smartphone which supports VoLTE networks. It is fueled by massive size battery of 4,100mAh battery like the Redmi 3S and Redmi Note 3.  Xiaomi is trying to build more trust and aiming more customers by announcing Redmi 3S+ offline availability.

Xiaomi Redmi 3S Plus is priced at Rs 9,499 and will be manufactured under company’s Make In India initiative. Redmi 3S Plus has gone on sale today.
