About Redmi Note 7 Pro

Design and Display

Redmi Note 7 Pro in terms of design is an upgraded version of Redmi Note 6 Pro as it has Dot notch instead of a regular notch. The design features the front camera without compromising on screen space. The body is glass on both the front and back of the device, and you’ve got the choice of three colors: Neptune Blue, Space Black, and Nebula Red.

On the right-hand of the phone there is power on/off button, and above that is the volume rocker. While the left-hand edge of the device is sim card slot and the bottom has an only USB-C port, accompanied by a microphone. Redmi Note 7 Pro camera sensor uses software addition to achieve 48MP resolution from a 12MP sensor. In reality, it basically merges four pixels into one to increase light sensitivity. By doing so, the sensor can capture light equivalent to a 1.6um pixel image sensor, but at 12MP. The rear camera on the Redmi Note 7 Pro, as a result, uses the full size of the 1/2-inch sensor but captures light in large 1.6um pixels, thereby delivering photos of the 12MP resolution, but with details similar to what a 48MP sensor will capture.
